Dalam diri kita, ada nafsu dan fitrah kita. Fitrah ni secara amnya part yg baik dlm diri kita.
Yang fitrah mengajak kepada kebaikan dan biasanya dialah yang menjadi instinct pertama kita. Contoh, " Eh, dah masuk waktu zuhur la...aku kena semayang nih"
Tapi kekadang, diri kita yang satu lagi menyampuk, "Alah.... habiskan la dulu tengok citer ni. Zuhur habis sejam setengah lagi"
Dan kalau instinct kita yang baik tu kuat, dia akan cuba membetulkan instinct kita yg x elok tuh, contoh "Tapi, semayang lagi penting dan mesti diutamakan. Aku semayang sekarang ler"
Tapi, klu instinct baik kite tak kuat maka, "ok, kejap lagila aku semayang. Citer ni pon lagi beberapa minit nak habis dah".....
Kalau athlete negara, hari-hari dia praktis untuk dapat stamina dan strategi yang best. Maknanya, training kena mantap.
Kalau diri kita, kena selalu didik bisikan-bisikan hati yang baik. Selalu menangkan bisikan yang mengajak kepada kebaikan saje. Lama-lama nanti-inshaAllah- dia jadi kuat dan takde masalah nak melawan bisikan-bisikan jahat dalam diri kita. [Jangan ikut nafsu sokmo]

During the Battle of the Trench, the Muslims were racing against time trying to finish digging a trench that would prevent the entry of some 10,000 Pagans into Medina in order to fight them. The Muslims were experiencing great hunger so they used to put a rock in a cloth and tie it around their abdomen so that the rock would press against their stomach and give it a sense of fullness. On the other hand, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was tying two rocks against his stomach. When Jaber ibn Abdullah (rAa) saw this he ran to his wife and asked her what food they had. She replied saying that all they had was one chicken and some bread.
So Jaber went to the Prophet and secretly invited him alone to his house for some food. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) looked at him and asked,
"Alone Jaber? You want me to come to your house and eat alone?" So Jaber replied saying that there was only a very little amount of food, but the Messenger of Allah only repeated,
"Alone Jaber? Alone? I was never to eat alone when the rest of the Believers are hungry." This is how the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) felt towards the rest of the community. They were one body.
This feeling of
unity and care about his people is also manifested in his constant plead to Allah. He would cry,
"O Allah, my Ummah, my Ummah." He constantly asked Allah to mercy us. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) wasn't living for himself, he was living for us also, and for all of humanity.

Funny you should ask, Fayyad, because a fellow JATO-nick and I are currently organizing a boycott campaign targetting just the companies you've mentioned.
The most important thing for everyone to remember is that many of the American consumer products companies who support Israel (by buying Israeli ingredients, manufacturing in Israel or marketing and distributing in Israel) are not all large congloms like the ones mentioned above. I'll get a detailed report when our project is about to launch.
For now, folks should know that Estee Lauder has many subsidiaries including:Clinique, Origins, Aveda, MAC (I know sorry), Prescriptives, Bobbi Brown and others. If you own products by any of these brands, send them back and stop buying them. If you don't already know, Ronald Lauder, who sits on the Board of Directors of Estee Lauder and is a major stockholder, is the President of the Jewish National Fund (the people who plant trees over ethnically cleansed Palestinian villages.
Victoria's Secret is owned by the same company that owns Bath and Body Works. (Bath and Body Works also buys Israeli Dead Sea salts for one of their bath products.)
